Upon entering Quinta Miramonte one is struck by the spectacular attention to detail of this Spanish Revival estate. From the hand painted beams to the crafted light fixtures to the fireplace and antique hardware; the design is reminiscent of a 1930’s Spanish hacienda. This feel carries to the outdoor resort-like entertaining spaces focused around a stone fireplaced ramada, pool, spa, fountains, outdoor kitchen, and unobstructed views of Mt. San Jacinto. Indoors the home features an oversized dining room opening to a bubbling fountain. The kitchen with many built-ins is modern in function but designed to have a timeless look and feel. The home is discreetly fitted with all the smart home features desired with lighting, HVAC systems, Sonos, security, pool equipment, misters, and fountains all available to be controlled by cell phone, Alexa, or Google assistant. This wonderful residence is located in the much sought-after Movie Colony/El Mirador neighborhood where there are no HOA fees and you own the land.
