Description

Silver Spur Ranch is a favorite mid century community in Palm Desert with no overhead powerlines. A curved driveway brings you to this Mid-Century Dollhouse with a south facing backyard, private pool plus fire and ice gas firepit with incredible mountain and sunset views from all corners. The backyard underwent a massive $100,000 transformation, refinishing the pool to a saltwater pebble tec, refreshed landscape, adding block walls and installing pavers to the decking. In main living space is a mid century beamed roofline with tongue and groove ceiling between the beams. A clean slate to reimagine with some cool finishes perhaps… like colorful tile, crisp white quartz, the possibilities are endless. Popular in the desert, this home offers a split floorplan that lives large with bedrooms and baths on either end, plus interior laundry and interior storage room. Kitchen and living room are wide open to a wall of windows overlooking the pool area, where you can see those incredible mountain views even indoors. Silver Spur Ranch is an ungated HOA community with $16 a month association fees and an architectural review committee maintaining the essence of this lovely neighborhood.
