Description

PRICE IMPROVEMENT! This chic mid-century modern home is located in the exclusive Vista Las Palmas neighborhood of Palm Springs. It was once the former residence of glamourous Hollywood actress and dancer Cyd Charisse and actor-husband Tony Martin. Built by the esteemed Palm-Springs based Alexander Construction Company in 1957. The main residence with open floor plan and attached Casita with private entrance offers 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and presents approx. 2,909 SF of living space. West facing sliding glass doors, clearstory and stationary windows dramatically capture the lush luxury of outdoor living spaces and spectacular mountain views. The circular driveway, vividly lit porte-cochere and illuminated azure glass stones make this home an eye-catching gem.
