Description

Tucked among the pines in peaceful Rim Forest, this fully remodeled, breathtaking home is everything a mountain home should be: cozy yet modern, with a beautiful balance of softer neutral tones and rustic furnishings (together with a fabulous touch of whimsy around every corner). Comes fully furnished and turnkey so you literally have nothing to do but move in and enjoy!

Inside you’ll find soaring vaulted ceilings upstairs framing the huge family loft and games room made for long evenings together, where you could indulge in some friendly rivalry, a family movie night or it could even function as an art studio, recording space or study. The kitchen is warm and inviting with butcher block countertops and industrial style, Black hardware. It feels cool and hip without losing that immersed in the forest calm.

Step outside and sway in the rope hammock swing with nothing but birdsong around you. This is true peace and quiet, the kind you can feel.

Close to amenities yet offering a serene mountain retreat, it would make a lovely full time home or vacation home. Easy on and off access to Highway 18 puts Lake Arrowhead village, hiking trails, and winter slopes just minutes away.

Recent upgrades include a freshly painted exterior, stairs and deck, plus a freshly painted interior. The kitchen was fully redone with new cabinets, countertops, lighting, backsplash and appliances. All lighting, outlets, light switches, door hardware and flooring were replaced throughout the home, and new Roman shades were added. Both bathrooms were remodeled with tiled floors and showers, new fixtures and vanities. A 3 zone mini split system was installed, along with new cabinets in the laundry room. The rock wall behind the wood burning stove was refinished with new flooring under the stove. The loft now features a new media center with built in fireplace, and the new front door has a keypad lock with a new awning overhead.

You do not want to miss out on this stunning, move-in-ready mountain home!
