The Arrowhead Lake Association, more commonly known to locals simply as the ALA, is in charge of the waters and shorelines of Lake Arrowhead. The ALA also operates a number of beach clubs and properties located near the lake shore. The mission statement of the ALA is “To protect, operate, and improve Lake Arrowhead and ALA properties, to provide reasonable and safe recreational facilities in a fiscally responsible manner, with appropriate planning for the future.”
If you want to put your boat on Lake Arrowhead you must go through the ALA. If you want to build a new structure such as a Dock, Dock House or Pier you must contact the ALA before proceeding.
